Aldershvilevej 103, located in Bagsværd north of Copenhagen (in Gladsaxe Municipality), was built in 1959 and consists of 40 flats across 8 entrances. There’s a shared parking area, launderette, and a green area with a small playground, and each flat has the right of use of a small storage room in the basement. The flats range from 43-90 square metres. In addition to the flats, the estate contains five garages which are owned separately.

In the area, there’s Bagsværd S-train station (5 minutes away; 25 minutes travel time to central Copenhagen), several supermarkets, schools, a public library, as well as a selection of smaller shops and restaurants/takeaways. We are also close to the lake, forest, and the motorway for easy transport to Copenhagen.
